How To Create Custom Candy Boxes For Any Occasion

Whether you're treating yourself or a loved one, there's no doubt that Sugarfina’s candies are a highly giftable and unique. Not to mention, a high price point for luxury candy. While I’m all for these acrylic boxes with delectable sweets, it’s just not in my budget to spend tons of $$$ on favor boxes.

Goldie’s birthday is right around the corner and I really want it to be special. So, instead of purchasing pre-made combos you’ll find on any retailer’s shelf, I decided to make my own!

What You’ll Need

• Avery White Sticker Labels (5293)
• Favor Tag Template (I made my own using an image purchased off Etsy)
• Boxes
• Candy (I purchased a 5lb bag of gummies off Amazon!)

After you download the files, you can open the .avery files in Avery Design & Print by going to avery.com/open and opening the file from there. As a heads up, you won’t be able to print the .avery files without opening them in Avery Design & Print.

Since I’m short for time, I decided to purchase my candy off Amazon. Here, I was able to purchase my sweet treats in bulk and save even more money.

For the label, I used a graphic image and formatted it to the size and specs to fit my stickers.

Assemble boxes according to instructions and pour your candy in!

With my Expressions Tape, I lined it down the center of the box leaving extra to seal the boxes. Using scissors, make an arrow cut at the top of tape and place your round labels in the middle of the box and VOILA! Tell me those aren’t the cutest little favors you’ve ever seen?

Total Cost $23.77 for 25 boxes ( $.95/box)

$8.78 Avery White Sticker Labels (80503)
Favor Tag Image (I made my own)
$12.99 Candy
$2 Scotch Expressions Tape
